Each folder and file is assigned a unique link with customizable access rights — Private, Link-only, or Public. If a link is not set to Private, anyone with that link can view its contents.

You can set privacy settings for your entire account, or individually for each folder and file.
What file types can I store?
You can upload, store, and share any type of file — documents, photos, videos, audio, and more. The system preserves each file’s original size and quality, and you can select and upload multiple files at once.

Basic accounts have upload size limits, while Pro and Business accounts offer significantly higher storage and upload capacities.
What to do if there are complaints about the content published on the platform?
If you believe that content published on Files.fm infringes your rights or violates our terms, please submit a content removal request (DMCA-style complaint) using this this form .

Our team will review the report and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.
Payment methods
We accept VISA, Mastercard and bank transfers for Business accounts. We do not have access to and do not store credit card data. Payments are made through secure PCI-DSS certified payment institutions and banks. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once charged. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by the user in their account settings. When canceled, access continues until the end of the paid period.

File storage duration depends on your account type.

Unregistered or Free users can upload and share files for up to 60 days.

Pro and Business account users receive permanent storage, along with detailed upload history, access statistics, and advanced file privacy controls.
How can I delete files?
Yes, you can delete your uploaded files at any time.

If you provided an email address during upload, a delete-file link was sent to that email — you can use it to remove the file.

Registered users can delete their uploads directly from the My Files section.

If you uploaded files before logging in, you can view and manage those uploads from the login page, or contact support for assistance.
Do I get a sharing link immediately after starting upload?
Yes. Your sharing link should appear at the top of the file upload window right after you click "Start file upload".

For registered users, the uploaded file link also appears as the latest entry in "My files" section.
Why can′t we refund payments?
You can try our platform free of charge before making any payment.

When you decide to order a service, the payment is confirmed by you and processed automatically. At that moment, our system immediately performs the requested actions — reserves server space, activates premium features, provides access to paid content, or starts connected services such as photo printing or partner system integrations.
